Warranties

Tennis Only is an authorized dealer for every product we sell. We fully honour every manufacturer’s warranty.

If you deem an item to be faulty, send it back to the Return address. Tennis Only forwards the item on to the manufacture and they access the product. If the manufacture deems the item to be faulty, the item will be replaced and returned to free of charge. If the manufacture deems the item to not be faulty we will contact you will the reasons why. In this case the item will not be replaced or returned.

Adidas 6 Month Sole Guarantee – All Adidas Barricades come with a six month sole guarantee. To claim this guarantee, send the shoes along with receipt to the Return Address. Once we receive them we will contact you for replacement shoe and size details.

Returns – Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit.

Tennis Only understands that it can be hard to get the correct size when ordering clothes and shoes online. That’s why we offer a fully money back guarantee on all Apparel and Footwear. The full price of the item will be refunded or replaced with the correct size. The cost of postage is not refunded.
