Order Tracking

Order Information

Once your order has been fully processed and picked up by Australia Post you will be emailed a tracking number. We attempt to Post all orders within 24 hrs of receiving them. If this is not possible for whatever reason you will be notified by email.

If you are not home, AP will not leave the parcel in your letterbox. Instead, they will leave a 'Not at Home' note. This needs to be taken to the marked Post Office to collect your items.

You can choose to have the item left at a safe location if you are not going to be home. When placing your order, include in the address section: "Please leave my package at the front door", or something similar. You can use the 'Company Name' field to include your note.
