Coming in at a maneuverable 350 grams, this racket dials up the power access with its relatively high balance of 272 mm, which rewards stronger technique over time. That said, the lower weight of the Extreme One makes it much more accessible for any level of player, and our team loved hitting their overheads with this racket. Head's Soft Buttcap+ technology makes for a softer impact sensation without sacrificing connection to the ball. The hitting surface is made from a middle-of-the-road 12K carbon fiber, which has a good blend of flex for comfort and stiffness for power. The Extreme Spin texturing on the racket's face boosts spin production without sacrificing control. Elsewhere, Head's Power Foam improves stability and comfort throughout contact and Auxetic 2.0 increases feel throughout the racket as a whole.
