Comments: These shoes are great for training runs and generally exercising in! Their well cushioned and provide good stability (not too much, not too little). The lightness of the mess makes them breathable and great for hot weather runs. Double thumbs up!

Comments: If you need a super stable shoe, this is the one for you! I have run in these for a month now on pavement and dirt, and I am impressed with the durability of midsole and the bottom protective covering, as there are hardly any signs of wear. However, the toebox seems a little short to me but going up a half size would make it too big. I like having this shoe in my rotation and it also makes an excellent walking shoe.
