1. How many racquets can I demo?
You can demo up to 3 racquets per order to help us meet overall customer demand. There's no limit to how many times you can use the demo program, though so if you don't get to try everything you want the first time, simply place another order once your previous demos have been returned.
2. How much does it cost?
There is a $50 deposit and a flat shipping rate of $30. Please note that demo orders are only available to customers based in Australia.
3. How long does it take to receive the demos, and how long can I keep them?
Once shipped, demos typically arrive within 3-5 days. You may keep them for up to one week. For example, if your demos arrive on a Monday, they must be shipped back by the following Monday-Tuesday arrivals are due back the following Tuesday, and so on.
Note: Demo racquets may require servicing (such as stringing or regripping) before shipment, so they may not ship as quickly as new product orders. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally add 1-2 extra days.
4. How do I return the demos to Tennis Only?
We'll include a pre-paid Australia Post return label in your package. Simply place it over the original shipping label and drop the box off at any staffed Australia Post location. No additional fees will apply when using the provided label.
Note: Please use only the provided return label to ensure proper tracking and insurance. If you choose to return the demos using a different method, you'll be responsible for providing a valid tracking number.
5. Are there late fees?
To ensure everyone has a chance to demo these racquets, it's important they're returned on time. Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per day, charged every other day until tracking shows the package has been shipped. If the demos are more than 7 days late and we're unable to contact you, your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the racquets, minus any late fees already applied.
