Although it lacks the low-powered control of the Blade 98s and 100s, it packs more than enough spin potential to bring the ball down on target. As with the previous generation, this update is extremely maneuverable for an extended length racquet, making it great for scrambling on defense, hitting shots on the run or reacting quickly at net. Like its predecessor, this update incorporates Direct Connect Technology, fusing the butt cap directly to the carbon fiber handle for increased stability.
