Overview

Introducing POLYTOUR REV! As a co-polyester monofilament, this string will give you the needed control to execute your most powerful strokes. Packed with 8 sides, POLYTOUR REV not only puts a tight grip on the ball, it also comes with a SIF (Silicone Oil Infusion), which helps the strings snapback powerfully during impact for extra ball rotation. This co-poly also has above average comfort for a poly-based string, making it an obvious choice for any player who wants a more arm-friendly control string.

Comments: Scored a set of these before they disappeared and went on back order the world over.Really liked this string a lot. It's not world changing and the shaped profile is barely noticeable when hitting. It's like a round poly that's amped up with a bit of extra spin due to the shape. It was stiff, but not uncomfortable, especially because I play a stiff frame, Pro Staff 97L with lead at 12, 9 and 3 o'clock, and leather grip. It was properly dead and not overly powerful. Just soft enough to be comfortable in stiff frame, but still maintained stiffness that I look for in polyesters. As TW's Michelle said, it's comfortable but doesn't get mushy. In my opinion, Poly Tour Pro is way comfortable, but soft to the point of mushy. When I played it for just over an hour, this is a stiffer version of Poly Tour Pro and I dig that a lot.52 pounds in the mains, 50 pounds in crosses. Could've even gone higher and still been comfortable, probably up into the 55 pounds for the mains. Mostly a baseliner, big forehand, two-handed backhand that's meh.Very good string. One that I'm likely to keep in the rotation, barring there's not a huge, RPM Blast-like drop off in tension and playability after only a handful of hours on it. Yes, I know that polyesters should only give me 6 to 12 hours of solid play before they have to go.
