Retail Representative (Richmond, Vic)

Tennis Only Richmond is seeking a retail sales person to work in the apparel and footwear department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The successful applicant will be responsible for serving customers helping the apparel buyers select product, receiving product into store, merchandising product in line with company policy, refilling stock and maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising and stock levels.
- Restocking and merchandising inventory
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
- Assist with pricing and tagging products accurately.
- Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance
- Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

We are hiring a Retail Manager to work in our new retail store in Tullamarine. A new retail shop will open September 2019 . We are looking for a Full Time Retail Manager. If you have a passion for tennis and people, and have retail and management experience we are looking for someone like you!
Typical Duties:
- Servicing customers with expert advice on tennis racquets, string, apparel and footwear.
- Restringing.
- Stock Management.
- Retail Merchandising.
- Opening and Closing the shop (5 days including Saturdays): Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements:
- Experience in the retail industry.
- An excellent knowledge of tennis products.
- Strong communication skills.
- A keen interest and well-rounded general knowledge of the tennis industry.
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer knowledge.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
