Typical Duties:

• Capture studio e-commerce photography for tennis and running apparel, footwear, and equipment.
• Create and edit engaging content for social media, including Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
• Edit and retouch images to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and CapCut for post-production and content editing.
• Manage the imaging studio and maintain photography equipment to ensure everything is in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with interstate and international teams to develop creative assets for digital platforms.
• Ensure efficient workflow and file management for digital assets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in studio and e-commerce photography (preferably in sports, apparel, or footwear):
• Strong understanding of studio lighting techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in photo retouching and editing using Adobe Photoshop & Capture One.
• Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom / Photoshop).
• Experience in creating short-form video content for social media using CapCut or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful applicant will be responsible for serving customers helping the apparel buyers select product, receiving product into store, merchandising product in line with company policy, refilling stock and maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising and stock levels.
• Restocking and merchandising inventory
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
• Assist with pricing and tagging products accurately.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance
• Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Typical Duties:

• Servicing customers with expert advice on tennis racquets, string, apparel and footwear.
• Restringing.
• Stock Management.
• Retail Merchandising.
• Opening and Closing the shop (5 days including Saturdays):
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail industry.
• An excellent knowledge of tennis products.
• Strong communication skills.
• A keen interest and well-rounded general knowledge of the tennis industry.
• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer knowledge.
