About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our sports clothing retail team in a newly created role. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in the clothing retail industry who enjoys merchandising, customer interaction and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising sports apparel to ensure attractive and on-brand product displays
• Replenishing and refilling stock on the shop floor
• Pricing and tagging merchandise accurately
• Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
• Providing excellent customer service to drive sales
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
• Supporting day-to-day retail operations as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in the clothing or sports retail industry (essential)
• Strong merchandising skills with attention to detail
• Confident and friendly customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and available to work one weekday and Saturdays
