By bringing together the best traits of the Simone Hyperion CFS and Ben Johns Perseus, JOOLA achieves a better performing and more durable paddle with the Simone Hyperion C2 CFS 16. Retained are the Aero Curve Head, Carbon Friction Surface (CFS) and Hyper-Foam Edge Wall Technologies which provide industry leading spin potential, comfort and predictable performance. Gifted from the Perseus and combined with the original Carbon Friction Surface (CFS), is JOOLA’s Charged Carbon material which takes long-term spin potential and paddle precision to the next level. Also inherited from the Perseus, is the Fully Encased Carbon Frame design which improves paddle stability, durability and refines the energy return (power). The 16mm. Reactive Honeycomb Core insert is lively and comfortable, but delivers a little more ball dwell time, and precision than does the 14mm. model. This, along with the C2's 8 oz. average weight, complements a player’s free swinging power from the baseline and also allows for a seamless transition to absorbing pace and controlling play anywhere near the NVZ!
