Used by the top-performing marathoners all over the world, Maurten Drink Mix 320 CAF 100 14-Servings now includes 100mg of caffeine per serving while combining nutrition and science to create one of the most efficient hydration formulas available. Once digested, the acidity of your stomach transforms the mix into a hydrogel which encapsulates a high amount of carbs and transports them to be effectively absorbed within your intestines resulting in hydration and energy. With only 6 simple and natural ingredients, the flavour is neutral and GI distress is avoided since the gel is not broken down in your stomach. This mix should be consumed before, during, or after your runs.

*Note: the Maurten 320 version features double the calories and carbs of the Maurten 160
