The Asics Gel Resolution X takes stability, durability, and comfort to the next tier by incorporating key updates to the previous iteration (Gel Resolution 9). A re-engineered Dynawall increases lateral support and comfort. The midsole is now more plush than previous versions with a combination of FlyteFoam Blast+ and ECO Foam. Dynalacing provides a customizable fit, and allows you to cinch the laces as tight as you want without sacrificing the comfort. The medial side of the ankle collar has been raised to provide comfortable padding, while the PGUARD on the medial side of the toe box provides drag protection, for those players who slide on the court. A Full length AHAR Plus rubber outsole carries on the reputation of being one of the most durable in the industry, and the herringbone tread pattern provides good grip on a clay courts.

- Midsole: FlyteFoam Blast+ and ECO Foam combine for more cushioning, and a plush ride under foot. GEL adds to the shock absorption, and a responsive feel under foot. Dynawall is redesigned for more lateral stability and improved comfort on the lateral side of the foot.
- Outsole: Full length AHAR Plus rubber outsole in a full herringbone tread pattern for durability and traction on clay court surface. PGaurd Toe Protector for those who slide and toe drag.
