With 2x500ml soft flasks in the front (included) and the ability to add a bladder in the rear (not included). Offering 6L of pack capacity with large convenient front pockets, there is more than enough room for gels, capsules, phone and accessories. The shoulder pockets also add even more storage for back up nutrition and more. In the rear of the pack between the bladder storage and outer pocket, is a large open pocket which is great for stuffing additional layers.
