An updated fit system lets you easily secure the strap around your waist while balancing the load in the back to prevent unwanted bouncing. 

A large weather-resistant pocket in the back can hold a phone, gels, light apparel, or a headlamp, while the rear shock cord lets you attach a light jacket in a pinch. For hydration, a Flexform™ III 500 ml bottle can sit in the rear holster to supply enough fluid for around 1-1.5 hours of running. If hydration is less vital, the stretch mesh pouch doubles as secure storage for a phone or other gear thanks to the elastic drawcord.
